How we do it:

Our coaching program is flexible to meet your unique organization.

Working with a business to become green can happen in several different ways, depending on the organization itself, and their needs.  We help to negotiate the certification requirements as they apply to your individual business.  Some businesses require a very hands-on approach, requiring the assistance of a project manager who spends time at the site putting systems in place, researching options, coordinating within multiple departments, and managing vendors and suppliers.  Other businesses have staff in place to tackle the required elements, but really benefit from a coach's skill of prioritizing tasks, referring vendors and keeping the momentum and level of enthusiasm up.

Fees:

No two businesses are alike.  Our fee structure is tailored to your organization.

Fees range from hourly consulting for coaching in a broad, general fashion, to a monthly retainer for businesses that benefit from a more "hands-on” type of approach.  We are happy to provide discounts to non-profits and public entities.

We do a site survey to gather needed information and go over your objectives. From this we determine the best course of action for your unique business, and provide you with a proposal tailored to your needs.
